Winter Wine and Beer Fest 2020

This festival features over 50 breweries, wine, spirits, games and entertainment. Each admission ticket includes drink tickets, a commemorative pint glass, a photo and access to the games and entertainment. Food will be available for purchase.

African Food Court

Celebrate Black History Month by dining on African cuisine. Lunch will begin serving at 11 a.m., and will feature dishes like jollof rice (a Nigerian classic), waakye (a Ghanaian dish of cooked rice and beans), fried plantain and rice balls and peanut soup. After lunch, a feature on W.E.B. DuBois will be presented, followed by dinner and a DJ.

Dragonmead’s Vegan Food and Beer Pairing

Dragonmead Microbrewery presents a fun, plant-based dining experience. Attendees will enjoy a four-course feast of vegan bruschetta, smoked-mushroom stir fry, vegan curry and coconut macaroons with chocolate, all with beer pairings. Following dinner, participants will tour the brewery.

Vibrant Asian Cuisine – Cooking Class by Cozymeal

This private cooking class, taught by local chef Angela-Michelle, will teach guests how to cook Asian cuisine in the comfort of their own homes. A maximum of four guests can register for each class (choose to learn at either the chef’s home or your own). Each guest will learn to prepare a three-course meal of miso soup, shrimp and pork potstickers, smoked salmon rolls and avocado-wrapped vegetable rolls.
